Southcoates Medical Practice serves parts of Eastern Hull from purpose built premises, located on Newbridge Road, Hull. Our team includes Dr A K Rej, a Practice Nurse and a Health Care Assistant as well as our Practice Manager and administration and reception staff.

About The Website This website is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It tells you about our services, how to access them and some general information about how our practice operates. If you live in our practice area, which covers some of the areas within postal codes HU8 and HU9 and would like to register, you may do so by attending the surgery to complete a registration form. All prospective patients (over the age of 15) are required to attend a registration medical with out Health Care Assistant prior to registering with the practice. Access for disabled patients is available at the main entrance and specially designed toilet facilities are available.
