As of April 2020, the government has put in place that chemists will no longer be ordering prescriptions on behalf of patients and all prescriptions will be going electronically to the chemist. Please see below in regards to how you can order your medication and feel free to enquire at the desk or on the phone about how repeat dispensing can help you.
You can order your prescription in a number of ways:
- Calling our prescription line, 01482 335560, between
10:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday and selecting option 2
- In person at reception
- Online via the link at the top of this page. Please note: new users are required to register before using the system.
- By using the tear off slip attached to your last prescription; simply tick the items required and forwarding it to the surgery
- Via the automated system on the telephone which is 24/7 (registration is required).
Please allow 48 working hours before collecting your prescription including those ordered online.

NEW Repeat Dispensing Service
With repeat dispensing, you no longer have to ring every month to order your medication, you can just collect your medication every month from a pharmacy most convenient to you - please call the reception team to enquire about this.
Electronic Prescription Service
We now have facilities to electronically transfer your prescription directly to the chemist meaning you do not have to make arrangements to collect the prescription from us. Please ask at either reception or your local pharmacy if you think this service may be of interest to you.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
